Our BBQ chooks are actually cooked on charcoal, not in an oven, giving them the distinctly charcoal flavor you’ve loved since 1995. We only use free range chicken locally sourced from Tasmania, as like everything else in Tasmania, the chooks are the best.

As for our famous Charcoal Chicken chips and gravy, or better known as, “the best hangover cure in Launceston”? Our chips are proudly Australian made, with our gravy made in-house daily from a secret recipe that we will never share (sorry!).
